Hotel was excellent .It was our 32nd wedding anniversary and when we informed the hotel we were upgraded to a suite with champagne and chocolates. Staff were extremely friendly and informative and the food at breakfast was excellent.
Very good value for money and while not in the certre of the tourist attractions all the sites of interest were reachable in 20 to 30 minute walk.
One minor observation ,the rooms were a little to warm and the airconditioning while working wasn't adequate to lower the temperature. Otherwise,perfect.
Will certainly stay there again should we return to Budapest .

“ Beautiful hotel, great location. Friendly & helpful staff. Disappointed that smoking ban hasn't been implemented here yet, avoided the hotel bar as a result.

“ This hotel is simply fantastic!!! The reception is amazing and our room was huge! Don't bother upgrading to executive rooms because the standard is well above normal standard rooms. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. After walking around the city all day, it was great to use the facilities in the spa - the pool is huge and the sauna and jacuzzi were very welcome and soothing!! I have recommended friends who are interested in visiting Budapest to stay at this hotel as it is the best city hotel I have ever stayed in!!
“ Top Tip: The bar near the hotel is cheap but welcoming, the local foodstore has everything you might need.
