The Versátil restaurant with a show cooking island, the Health Club that has two new massage parlours and a sauna, the outside swimming pool and the Maresia Pool Bar with a more comfortable leisure area and the Winners, which has been completely redecorated. “ Excellent restuarant but expensive .Menu not really suitable for youngsters. Breakfast excellent. Perhaps there is a more flexible menu or a buffet at busier times. All staff friendly and helpful.

Located on the oceanfront, just a few minutes from the centre of Cascais and close to restaurants, bars and shops, the Pestana Cascais Ocean & Conference Aparthotel affords magnificent views of the ocean and gardens. The hotel is surrounded by sun drenched beaches, golf courses, close to the Estoril Casino and Sintra (UNESCO heritage site). Lisbon’s international airport is only 30 km away, with easy access to the Hotel.
“ Hotel is in a nice quiet area and being high up means some great views but if you want a beach then you need to travel a couple of miles down hill where there are some lovely bays. You can hire some free bikes just down the road which is a great idea or the hotel does lay on a free bus to A near by town with beach.

The Pestana Palace Hotel is located in Alto Santo Amaro, a peaceful residential area of Lisbon, just 10 km from the airport & within a 6km radius of the downtown financial district, embassies and the elegant Chiado for fantastic shopping. Close to the Lisbon Congress Centre, the Belém Cultural Arts Centre, Lisbon’s main monuments such as the Jerónimos Monastery, Belém Tower, Discoveries Monument, the National Coach and the Arte Antiga Museums. The Antiga Confeitaria de Belem is a must stop for a taste of its legendary trademark treat, the Pasteis de Belem (custard tarts) and the “Docas” popular al fresco restaurant and bar area are just minutes from the hotel.
“ This is a beautiful hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The free shuttle bus service into town is a plus as the hotel is situated a good way from the city centre. There are no restaurants or shops within easy walking distance and eating in the hotel is expensive as are the prices charged for alcoholic beverages.
