  • “ we were very impressed with the start to finish stay at the hotel...we were guided to the pick up point in the Airport and transfer bus turned up with 10mins and our bags were loaded into vehicle. We travelled with it to the Hotel entrance and the Reception were very helpful and our room was just what we asked for.

“ Excellent choice for an overnight stopover before travelling back to UK. Near to airport and with a free shuttle bus service could not be better for two weary travellers. Topped off with an excellent buffet resturant on ground floor and to my husband's huge delight offered us the choice of a smoking room which saved him from having to travel back down 16 floors and stand outside for a smoke.

“ Very modern, quiet, comfortable room. It took a bit of time to work out how to turn on the room lights in the dark when I arrived. Nice pool and gym. The breakfast had a wide range of food. Free airport shuttle bus was good.

“ Top Tip: An excellent location for the cable car ride to the statue of the giant Buddah. You just walk through the shopping mall attached to the hotel. You can also access the MTR easily and it was easy to visit HK disneyland (which was not quite as good as the American parks).

“ Hotel looks great and the rooms are very nice. The service levels are very poor. We stayed for one night only due to flight home to UK. Arrived at hotel at 10pm to be told all restaurants were already closed although we were able to get a meal at the bar which was pretty average. It took 15mins to check in due to slow desk and there was no one available to take our bags to our room. The service in the bar was also extremely slow. Overall I would not use this hotel again as the last thing you need after a long days travel is terrible service.
