We recently stayed in the Princess Hotel as we had a family wedding. Princess Hotel was a beautiful place to stay I must comment on the staff, they were really lovely and helpful and always most kind and friendly especially Katerina she was a beautiful girl and was always so nice. One small comment we were booked in a room for three people and I felt it was most cramped as it had a double bed and a single one in the corner and also it lacked tea and coffee facilities. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay and I would most definately stay there again, thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion.

“ Top Tip: There are some fabolous restaurants quite near the Princess if you want a change in surroundings but the Princess was a lovely place to dine in. Beaches are lovely but not on the doorstep a little walk but worth it for your early morning swim.

Hotel rooms are very basic. Asked for a double room, but on arrival got a twin room, which was very badly put together, no kettle or tv in the rooms. No glasses in the room, had to ask for glasses. Glasses weren't changed as week went on. The bathroom was tiny and the shower leaked terribly. There was bulb gone in one of the lights in the bathroom. Requested a double room on the second day and was moved the following day. Nicer room, but nothing like what is on the website. There was no holder for the shower head in either room, so had to hold shower head to have a shower.
The breakfast was very basic and not really worth getting up for. The music form the bar was extremely loud.
However, staff were friendly and the common areas of the hotel were far nicer than the rooms.

The location of the hotel was good it's near lots of souvenir shops and restaurants, the beach is walking distance too. The airport is not far. The breakfast was continental very basic. The hotel does not have a lift so you will have to take your luggage through the stair case.
We had a balcony to sit on in which is good.
Air con there is a charge for 5 Euros a day, they have internet cafe too which is good if you need to access emails.
The hotel room was a bit dusty, the bed was quite uncomfortable, also it's quite noisey at night because of the music being played in the downstairs hotel restaurant. The TV was not clear quite fuzzy to watch.
There is not hot water in the shower all day long, the timings I was given by the receptionist was 7am in morning it would be hot and at 6pm in the evening. I did try at 6pm and hot water was running. I just think that people should be aware of this before they are booking there accomodation.
Also the bed sheets had stains on them and the towels were not clean also stains too. I did feel that the receptionist was not really that helpful too.
“ Top Tip: I would recommend Gyro land for lunch quite cheap for sandwich 2.50 Euros and the food tastes nice. Also Tizzi for english breakfast only 5 Euros tasted good too, sets you up for the morning. I would reommend using the special tour company really good tour guide Sue was a lovely guide! You can go to Zante Town at night and also to see the caves and turtles in the day time. I would recommend going on the horse & carriage ride in the evening too. The boat trip is amazing the water is beautiful a must to see! There is a local dessert and coffee shop I can not remember the name but the chocolate cake and brownie was the best I have tasted.
