We had a very pleasant stay at Nicholas Studios. The accommodation was basic but adequate and reflected the price paid. The complex had a lovely and clean pool area with an excellent pool bar which was run by Darryl and Claire, a most welcoming and friendly couple. The location was ideal, close to bus stops and supermarket and a short 10 minute walk into the town.

“ Top Tip: The better beaches are a little way away from the town. Achillades, which is 2km and within walking distance is a decent beach. But Vromlimnos, which is a short bus ride, or one hours walk, is better. Nicer still is Maratha beach and Agis Eliya beach, which can be reached by bus also.

The hotel itself was good value for money, nothing special but you get more than what you pay for compared to most hotels. Rooms are nice a clean with decent beds and cleaned every day. Nice pool with good laid back atmosphere, friendly staff, fairly nice surrounding for the location.
Biggest Pro: close enough to the town and sea so you have a scenic stroll into town when eating out every night.
Biggest con: Some of the surrounding area was a bit of a building site, shower was rubbish.
“ Top Tip: Stick to the resturants in the side alleys to the main town street. Greece isn't the best for food and the main street/harbour provide over priced rubbish food. Little side street resturants have far more reasonable priced food, much better quality and are often in prettier locations.
