“ A lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. There was a lovely atmosphere about the resort. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The only slight issue was the bathroom wasn't that modern or spectacular - however, the amount of time you spend in a bathroom, it was fine for showering etc I went with a friend towards the end of the season.8.4 Great

I went with a friend towards the end of the season. We spent a lot of time out and about exploring Rhodes itself, but when we were in the complex we felt we were able to relax sufficiently and it wasn't over busy being end of season, but the weather was still fantastic.
We stayed AI and the selection of food was great at each meal time, there was also the opportunity to book in at a Greek and an Italian themed restaurant as part of the AI package as long as you book the morning in advance at 11am. The food and service in these was also a high standard, although my advice would be don't go for the latest reservation time as all the decent desserts are gone by the time you get to choose ;-)
There is a good maid service daily, the towels and bedding were always refreshed and clean. Although we were personally having a 'child free' break, the animation team/kids club kept other children entertained really well so we were able to relax fully without listening to screaming children!!
The only downside, is the music from the bars does play until the early hours of the morning. For me this was not an issue as I sleep very soundly, if you are a light sleeper this may disturb you.
The hotel is not too far from Rhodes Town itself (20 minutes away by bus) so there is plenty to do (especially if you were to hire a car)
If I was to return to Rhodes, I most certainly would choose to stay here again.
“ Top Tip: If you like exploring ancient ruins there is plenty to see on this island. From Rhodes Town you can walk (approx 30 mins) to the Acropolis of Rhodes. About an hours walk from the hotel is the Acropolis of Lalyssos and from Rhodes Town you can get a bus (just over an hour away) is the beautifully stunning town of Lindos (definitely worth a visit!)

“ The biggest minus is that 4 star hotel doesnt have WIFI, the serving at reception is only average, drinks at pool bar serving in disposable glasses the biggest shock, the price was good, but not for 4 star hotel.
“ Top Tip: the beach and envirenment is very great at hotel

“ The hotel is in a fantastic location, one side is the hotel and all it's facilities, walk 3 yards the other side and you are on the beach. If you don't like being on a flightpath, then this isn't the hotel for you. The planes fly overhead, we didn't hear anything at night ( might have been all the AI alcohol ? ), but the planes certainly didn't bother us in the day. The beach is mainly pebbles and your view from the beach is Turkey. We had a lovely room, very clean and modern with a view towards the sea. Our bed was so, so comfortable, very difficult to get up in the morning ! We had 2 televisions in our room - one in the lounge and one in the bedroom, the choice of channels if you are British is terrible even though you are not there to watch TV, it was still pretty dire ! We had a fridge and a 2 ring hob in our kitchen / lounge area. We were supplied with a bottle of water on arrival in our fridge. If you like your tea and coffee in the morning then I suggest you take your travel kettle with you, even though it's an AI hotel it maybe quite a walk from your building to the tea and coffee facilities that are supplied. Every day our room was cleaned and we were supplied with clean towels every day. I had a lovely surprise from the hotel staff of a bottle of wine and a basket of fresh fruit on my birthday whilst there - a lovely gesture ! The food was good, something for everyone even though the British are in a minority here. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. We had gorgeous weather for October and there were many activities going on for young and old alike. We never had any trouble getting a sunbed but then again the hotel wasn't full being so near to closing for the season ( best time to go ). If you like your internet connection I would suggest you buy this before you arrive, the hotel does not supply free internet and they charge daily rates etc .. to the obvious weekly rate ( weekly rate at the time of our stay was 50 euros ! ). I would love to say ... we would go back .... but one of our party has MS and we had to use the wheelchair every day, disabled access is very ' hit and miss ' here, one minute you come to a ramp the next a huge curb. Until you have someone in a wheelchair then you know what you are up against, the hotel management need to go around in a wheelchair themselves to experience the daily stress it causes. So I have to say good hotel for location, room, cleanliness, food, drink and friendliness, sadly we wont return because of the disabled access.
“ Top Tip: Don't buy bottled water - you can get a large bottle of water from the main bar after 5pm every day. Don't take your own towels - clean towels are provided every day in your room, also your pool towel is provided every day with your pool towel card - collect from the pool bar. Take your Travel Kettle with you if you like your tea and coffee in your room - otherwise it maybe quite a walk to and from your room carrying drinks from the machine provided. Go to Reception before 11am to book your Italian and Greek night ( alternate nights ) you have to book these the day before and they get booked up fast. Outside the hotel there are many restaurants and shops literally 5 minutes away.

“ Top Tip: There were some pubs and several restaurants nearby if you fancied a change and the local bus service into Rhodes was good.
