“ Top Tip: Emmanuel was a great restaurant , only 5 mins walk away.Food cooked in a woodfire oven was awesome and great house red wine! Tried Mezze dining which was fun too. Vinnies bar lovely cocktails. Stalis beach is a bus ride away , the water beautiful and lovely atmosphere.

I enjoyed my stay at Marni Village simply because the weather was so lovely and it was a quiet resort. However, I feel I must make the following comments which I hope will be of help to you when recommending the resort to future customers:
Although there are three pools, there is little or nothing for younger people to do. It is situated up quite a steep hill and getting around the complex always involves climbing several steps, therefore it isn't suitable for anyone with mobility/heart/ breathing problems.
On two mornings, I had no electricity in my room, although there was electricity everywhere else. I reported it to reception the first time as it had been off for most of the night until 10.30am. On the second occasion it just came back on at 9.50am. One morning I had no hot water but when I returned in the evening it was back on. Apart from these setbacks, I enjoyed my stay there, but do not think that I shall be returning there.

“ Good value resort. However, steep hills to face and if you are located at the top of the resort it can be challenging in the heat of the day, especially if you have young children or are elderly. Despite this, the resort offers three good pools and a cafe that is reasonably priced and with friendly staff. There is some evening entertainment that offers something to do if you choose to stay on the resort. The resort is only 5 mins wall from some great restaurants and has a wonderful atmosphere during the evening.
“ Top Tip: Two very good restaurants - Ioskasti and Nicco's. Opt for Stalis beach for families and avoid Star Beach if you are over 25!

Just got back from 10 days at Marni Village. Superb Junior suite, spacious modern, clean. The staff were lovely and friendly. 3 lovely pools to choose from, restaurant had good food and reasonable prices. Also provided entertainment at least 4 nights a week. bit of downside was it was hilly getting to apartments, not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties, however after a Raki and few Ouzo's they did'nt pose a problem.
The main town near beach front wasn't our thing bit too busy but the old town of Koutouloufori was excellent. Lovely friendly people, good selection of restaurants and gift shops. Would definately go back.
“ Top Tip: in old town of Koutouloufori try Stekis restaurant, The owner was comical and made u feel very welcome, food was good plenty of it and cheap.
