The hotel was entirely renovated in 2008. It is a charming residence with English-style decor and offers 21 rooms. Whether for business or pleasure, it has all the comfort of a luxury establishment and offers disability-friendly facilities. Smoking rooms are available on request. This air-conditioned establishment features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a cloakroom, lift access, a cafe, a bar and a breakfast room. The architecture, from the beginning of the 1920's, of the initial building brings an exceptional charm to the hotel. The 92 rooms are situated in 2 buildings. The main building includes a 24-hour reception with hotel safe, a restaurant offering a magnificent view of the lake and a bar with wide panoramic terraces. The second building, around 30 m from the main building, is a more recent construction and offers more spacious bedrooms with large terraces. Both buildings have lifts to reach the bedrooms and there is a complimentary car park. There is a business centre with PC and printer as well as WiFi Internet, postal and fax service in the main building (fees apply). Room and laundry services are also available for an added fee along with bike rental.
“ This was a good hotel made excellent by the attention to detail displayed by their staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were friendly and courteous at all times. The room was quiet and clean and the food in the restaurant was of a very high standard and reasonably priced for the area. i would not hesitate to return here or to recommend the hotel to anyone else. First rate in every way!

The hotel offers an excellent option for those who wish to discover the glamour of Biarritz in a modern hotel. The hotel houses 77 rooms, plus a lobby, 24-hour reception, a breakfast room and a hotel safe. Internet access is free of charge but the guest needs to have his own computer. A private parking is available for an additional fee.

“ A good 3 star hotel in a perfect position. The staff are wonderful especially reception and at breakfast. The breakfast waitress was exceptional. A downside was building work opposite the front of the hotel which was noisey during the day. It didn't bother us as we weren't in Biarritz to stay in our hotel room.
