Soft Hotel

“ for tourist who will stay only for 4 to 5days i think it should be better if the hotel can have their own coach or have contacts to do tour groups in English speaking tour guides in order to maximized their time,also may be a ride from the hotel to go to the airport in groups to minimized the fares going to the airport by taxi.;as per breakfast there should be not the same everyday ,even some varieties should be changed everyday.

“ This was a lovely hotel in a quiet street, yet close to the two main metro stations, which brings you to all the main sites in Paris and to a range of restaurants. The hotel rooms are small but are more than suitable for a short trip to Paris. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are very clean with a daily cleaning service. The breakfast is sufficient -cornflakes, yoghurts, cheese, boiled eggs, bread for toasting, bread rolls and pastries, tea, coffee and orange juice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return to this hotel. No balcony and no air conditioning which would be a problem in the hot, summer months but at the time of year that we were there, this did not present as a problem.

“ Top Tip: A fantastic tapas bar right next door to the hotel. Head towards Gare du Nord direction for better restaurants. Sacre du Couer and Moulin Rouge 40 minute walk from hotel.
Paris is beautiful and the red open door buses are brilliant to view all of Paris in your own time. Gare l'est is the nearest metro from the hotel. Buy a book of 10tickets £12 euro and this takes you in and out of Paris in 10-20 mins depending where you are going. Trocodera is the stop for the Eiffel tower.

“ The hotel, although small, was spotlessly clean and well located.
The reservation/reception staff were very helpful and pleasant and couldnt do enough to make our stay a welcome and enjoyable one. I would stay there again.

“ Top Tip: There are a few nice bistros and cafe's within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. Among these I would class Cafe le Bistro on Magenta Boulevard and Petite Louise Restaurant as two of the best. Nice atmosphere and food and pleasant service in Petite Louise.

“ The Soft Hotel in Paris is a small friendly hotel with excellent staff who make you feel very welcome and at home.

Breakfast was very good with a wide selection from cereal,warm croissants, breads, meats and cheeses, boiled eggs, yoghurts, fruit, fruit juices, tea, coffee ... I could go on.

We ordered a twin bedroom but were given a double by mistake. 2 minutes later we were in a twin. So 10 out of 10 for great people, nothing seemed a problem.

The room we stayed in was comfortable and spotless.

We will use this hotel again.

“ Top Tip: This hotel was easy to find and about 5 minutes walk from Gare de l'Est train station. There are lots of places to eat nearby and the Metro is easy to get to.
