I normally stay at the Carlton and thought it would be nice to have a change and compare the two hotels. I had to send an email to compliment the staff at the hotel Martinez. I do feel they went out of their way to accomodate us as much as possible. I was always greeted with the warmes of smiles. The conciege was very informative and advised on new restaurants. As I
was celerating my birthday and thought it would have been wonderful if the hotel had acknowelged this as the Carlton had in my pass visites. I would highly recommend staying at the Martinez and look forward to going there on my next trip in April/May 2013.

“ Top Tip: On the corner next to the hotel Bar-73 is a great cafe/restaurant, if you fancy a quick meal or drink at a reasonable price (well, reasonable for France!)

Extremely attentive staff and helpful. Following arrival as our room wasn't ready we were offered a free drink at the bar.
For my wife's 50th it was a nice gesture to receive a token present from the hotel.
However following problems with our safe, my husband found the first member of staff who came to attend to the problem to be off handed and not very polite.
Hotel was quite pricey for car parking and use of the pool and private beach for residents in the height of the season.
“ Top Tip: If you want free parking turn left out of the hotel and towards Palm Beach area there is free on road residential parking.

Top Tip:
baoi restaurant and bar.
Buddha bar in Monte Carlo is a 8 euro train ride from Cannes although the taxi back costs 160 euros.

Friendly staff and high quality throughout. Inclusive breakfast was exceptional though hotel restaurant prices are at the upper end. No pressure however to use them.
Our visit was off season and area generally quiet, but plenty of places to visit and dine within walking distance. Valet parking very efficient but not cheap.
