“ Very clean room. Ideal for a short stay. Very close to the old city, 5 minutes stroll up the hill. All hotel staff were very helpful & the seating area outside was very quiet & a relaxing place to have a cold beer after a had days sightseeing! Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for those staying in Carcassone on a budget.

This hotel apartment occupies a former host house. Reopened in 2008 after complete works of renovation, the establishment offers comfort, hospitality and charming frame. It is ideally situated as well for the vacationers as for the persons in business trip. The hotel includes in particular a reception hall, elevators, a breakfast room and a parking for the customers arriving by car.

The apartment hotel was inaugurated in 2005. The establishment welcomes guests 7 days a week in a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services and offers them a pleasant stay with every modern convenience close to the Medieval Cite de Carcassonne. There are 29 guest rooms available, the premises are air-conditioned and there is lift access to the upper levels. Moreover, there is a children's playground for younger guests to enjoy, as well as a cafe and a restauran. Conference facilities are available to business travellers and guests can take advantage of the room service and the car park.
“ Very welcoming. I don't speak a lot of French but that was not a problem as everyone who worked there spoke good English. Breakfast could have been more substantial there is only so much sugar you can eat in the morning! The pool was a real bonus though not heated.

Composed of 120 T1 to T3 flats, the residence was built in 2008 and is faithful to the quality charter of the national chain to which is belongs. It combines charm and modernity and offers guests use of a wide range of facilities. Some of the amenities provided include air conditioning, a lobby, a breakfast room, a laundry service and a car park.

“ Breakfast was ok. evening meals were good but only served Mon to Thur. Same menu every week. Staff had limited info on where to eat (evenings) fri to sun. Generally staff were polite & pleasant. Hotel was out of town & bus service to/from town ceased soon after 7pm. No bus service at all on Sunday. Hotel room was clean & comfortable.
