“ The food was always cold and the drink was always warm because it was left out in the sun. The waiters were sound and the pool was a good lad. Little things could make the hotel alot better. Better cleanliness is one of the things and entertainment at night would be another. But at the end of the day you get what uve paid for. Would i go back. NO! Tony Con. {Merseyside}

It is a lovely hotel but the hotel is very tired and in need of a paint job but was being done whilst we were there.
Pool lovely, staff at hotel were extremely helpful and very accommodating. Room very spacious, extremely clean and well looked after and the cleaner is fantastic. Whatever you ask for the staff do it straightaway. The worst part was the food, absolutely terrible - like slop. I have been going to Egypt since 2004 and this was the worst food buffet ever. No toaster at breakfast, no jame, no variety, chef burnt the eggs, there is no initiative where food is concerned. There was only about 40 people in the hotel and so the food could have been to a very high standard (basic food can be prepared very easily) The salad bar had salad but nothing to go with it, no cheese (did not know what this was) or meat at lunch. Had to eat in Naama Bay every evening (which is extremely cheap but great variety). They just need to sort out the food, if they did the place would be a 5 star but at the moment it comes in below a 2 Star.

In need of a re-furb not 4 star, although the hotel chain has a beach you have to take a bus to get there!
