“ Even the standard rooms are very well and tastefully appointed...and huge! Very friendly and efficient staff and hotel well maintained. Good choice of dining Particularly an exceptional Thai restaurant. Whilst a very large hotel it is well spread out. A relaxing place to spend a week!9.1 Magnificent

“ Our second stay at the Hyatt. Worth every penny. A beautiful hotel set in glorious gardens. The staff were charming and helpful. The rooms were ideal and the food at breakfast and dinner was quite delicious. Ideal for couples like us looking for sun, sand and snokeling.
“ Top Tip: Stay at the hotel. Avoid Naama Bay like the plague.
Martyn from Beckenham
Thought the hotel was fabulous. Great service and wonderful food and restaurants. Allreasonably priced
Great beach and sea - super snorkelling and corals.
Would suggest that there is a playroom with sports channels for younger kids as the only sports scree was in bar which they were not allowed in and which was turned to silent when entertainment on.
Missed return transfer pick up as not advised of pick up time - needeed therefore to get a cab- not sure whose fault this was.
“ Top Tip: No stayed mainly in hotel
