“ Hotel excellent, but be careful if you have paid extra for a sea view, they will try to fob you off with a side view of the bay, you need to be in either block 16 or 17 on the top floor(3) to have a panoramic sea view, they did move us after complaining.

Room cleaner (Bosel) excellent fantastic towel art, his monkey wasfantastic . Hotel food was 9 out of 10 but the sweets were a bit boring, would have been nice to have ice cream available in the restaurant. Not a lot doing out of the hotel and soho square definitely overhyped, Nama bay is an hell hole full of junk and constant hassle from the peddles. If you require relaxation this is the place to be.
“ Top Tip: Cairo trip was an experience but even more hassle from the peddlers than in Nama bay, long day and the tour company don't miss a selling opportunity with stops at a papyrus gallery and then a stop at a perfume outlet on the way back to extract any Money you have left. Star gazing night was also a lot of standing around.

Although I suffered quite badly with my stomach, it still didn't take away how nice the staff and hotel were and what a nice relaxed holiday we had.
Pros
Glorious sunshine (nearly 40 degrees every day!!)
Unbeleiveably friendly staff - always happy to help
Very clean and tidy hotel
Restaurant good varied range of foods througout the day
Great snorkelling off the hotel jetti (better than the actual boat trips!) - sting rays, puffer fish, napolean fish plus many more.
Cons
Bit disappointed in the beds as we were given twin instead of a double and the beds seemed to bow in slightly which was slightly uncomfrotable but nothing major
Food temperature on the buffet - as mentioned earlier, I suffered quite badly as did quite a few guests witht their bowels!! I beleive this to be due to the temperature of the food on the buffet. The food is neither cold nor hot and i'm sure you need to have certain meats served at over a certain temperature which may have been the cause of why many suffered with their stomachs. My partner ate mainly off the hot plate which was cooked first hand in front of you and she didnt have problems so may be the cause.
All in all though, we are not a couple that normally do all inclusives and most probably wouldn't again as we like to get out and sample the cultures etc but if you're looking for and relaxing, lazy, hot, friendly getaway then we would definately recommend this hotel. Apart from the stomach, it was just what the doctor ordered!!
“ Top Tip: I would book your excursions through the hotel rather than the rep as you can go off straigh from the jetti rather than travel to other destinations.

“ Great hotel, good food and excellent staff. It's also closer to the airport which seems to be a bit of a nicer area of Sharm than Naama Bay. I would definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Egypt and would book this hotel again without question.
“ Top Tip: Soho Square is worth a visit for a few hours one evening, it had a nice atmosphere with none of the hassle normally associated with markets in Egypt.
