The Hotel was above our expectations, Staff were very very good at there jobs.
From the restaurant staff were very quick at cleaning the tables food was varied and there was something to eat for everyone taste,Soups were to die for.
The lobby bar can get busy but never had to wait more than a couple of minutes, the Barman Adel was very good at his job more than helpful.
The Grounds are spotless, the bedrooms very big with great air con. big shopping mall about 10mins walk suppermarket name spinnys can buy everything but the kitchen sink, pool bar has everything for the kids hotdogs-hambergers chips Great. Aqua park great for the familys just a great weeks chill out. do not except the neg reports.

“ Top Tip: there is a line of shops and hotels on the left hand fork when you leave the hotel turn right and follow the left hand fork. it's a good walk and there are lots of shops and cafes

“ We have visited this hotel several times now and have always had a fantastic time. The staff & managemant are fantastic. Food is good, entertainment not bad. Facilities on the beach are really good, all inclusive bar, food area etc. We are looking to go back again very soon.You can book some great excursions from the hotel.

Top Tip:
Local shopping Mall is good and if you want a change of food they have a McDonald that is very cheap. There is a fixed price shop called Cleopatra, geed prices. If you go in the other nearby shops make sure you haggle the price and drop them as low as you can - never pay what they are asking.
You can get a taxi from the hotel - don't use the ones in the street. Hard Rock Cafe & many more shops are approx 10/15 mins drive from the hotel.
