“ Our first trip to Egypt and I have to say every single aspect (bar one!) of this holiday lived up to every expectation, the entire hotel complex was absolutely spotless, the gardens were clean and well-tended to, the pools were also clean, the fresh water was lovely to swim in, the staff throughout the complex were very polite, friendly, helpful and did speak quite good English, always very willing with a high standard of service. The choice of foods was excellent, the variety of Bars and Restaurants throughout the complex was also good. Personally we enjoyed the Castello Bar/Restaurant with a swimming pool nearby, the staff there were impeccably dressed, extremely helpful with a very standard of service and with the selection of food available, was also outstanding. The weather was great mid 30’s throughout the week we stayed, the evenings were warm and comfortable and the evening entertainment was good. We didn’t go on any trips as this was a fantastic chill out break for us both. In a single word ‘Brilliant’….. Will we go back? ‘Yes’ we both want to go back and stay longer.

This hotel was fantastic - the food was very impressive, even more so considering it is an All Inclusive Hotel. Clean, well maintained, however we upgraded to a larger room and paid more- the original rooms were far too small and in our opinion definitely not 5*, we could barely move around the room when two of us were in there and the shower was a tiny tiled cubicle which flooded and filled shower room.
That said. once we had moved to a larger room, we had no complaints.
We have been to this hotel before in 2008 and there was a good mix of English, French, German, Russian etc however this time there nearly all German and only 8 British, which is why I did not tick suitable for families- our children had no other children with whom they could mix with and normally they meet children straight away and spend a lot of time playing-however we ended up taking it in turns to keep them entertained.
