“ The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the rooms clean and spacious, the pool was lovely and everywhere was very clean. We were there formy daughter's swimming club awards evening and the place was beautifully decorated, however I had the turkey as did my friend, it wasn't very nice.

“ Hotel was fine, clean and comfortable, pretty much as described. We were offered a free upgrade upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise that we gratefully accepted. Breakfast was fine and we could have used the very popular leisure facilities, had we wanted to. The only gripe was that the TV subtitles had been disabled, which is really annoying if you are hard of hearing.

“ Hotel was easy to find and the car park had spaces so a good start. Main entrance wasn't clearly marked but was to locate. Reception was staffed by one person, phone ringing and three people waiting.
