“ Top Tip: went to the lORDOS in May 2011 for 1 week loved it sea bit cold but everything about the hotel was perfect, staff are lovely really friendly rooms very nice and beds so comfortable. loved it so much went back again in Oct 2011 they rememberedme and i was treated like a princess, the pools are fab the sea right on your doorstep, some nice restaurants across the road and a couple of karaoake bars. got back on 19th oct and within one week of being back home have re booked for july next year but this time going half board as the food was very nice in hotel. the beach is superb all loungers and parasols are free, nice clean beach. management are very nice people, its not a rowdy hotel all very civilised which is how me and my partner like it, altho i have only been out of school holidays so it might get noisier with the kids on school holidays. perfect for couples not recommended for noisy people, they should go to ayia napa if they want noise

“ Top Tip: We both thoroughly enjoyed all amenties available at the hotel and staff were very friendly and the beach was wonderful and bars etc close by on the beach.We really had a great time and will be returning there next year,We did find a great taverna called mamas not far from hotel and we had meals there 3 times in the week the food was superb and the staff were great to, I will be booking again with you next summer thanks for all your help advise etc Paul Sheppard

“ Generally good. Staff very polite but tend not to follow up reqests. Internet very expensive and not very good. Clean and pleasant rooms and pools always clean. Will stay again

“ Having stayed at the Lordos Hotel quite a few times over the last 5 years, it was wonderful to return to this splendid Hotel. The staff are welcoming and helpful; room service is to a good quality; the hotel is situated near the beach and has 3 swimming pools, so you can be flexible with your choice of amenities; the hotel is beautifully presented; the entertainment is varied; there's a wide range of local shops and restaurants just across the road and Larnaca town is a bus ride away. The whole experience of the Lordos is fantastic and will leave you wanting to return.
“ Top Tip: Hire a car for the day and go to Mackenzie Beach - you will not be disappointed.

drinking water ; FREE ONLY AT BREAKFAST...not acceptable in view of price paid
fully months in advance
small lift to breakfast or pool : stuck alone in lift on my way to the 4th floor when
it stopped on the second floor. rang alarm and knocked on panels,no one came
for 13 minutes until mechanic arrived and forced the door open. not acceptable.
