Family run apartment hotel near the heart of Ayia Napa has been refurbished during the winter of 2009-10.
The Napa Prince hotel is a family run apartment hotel set outside the busy part of the village but only 5 minutes away from the heart of Ayia Napa. It lies 500 meters from a sandy beach and within walking distance from the bars, taverns, nightclubs and shops. The hotel amenities include a 24-hour reception, safe deposit boxes to rent, money exchange, internet service, self-service launderette, mail service, car and bike hire and guided group excursions. A large outdoor swimming pool and a snack bar, TV room with satellite TV, pool table, darts, video and table games. The room types include one bedroom apartments and studios. The apartments have a separate bedroom and a living room with sofa beds. The studios come with the possibility for one extra bed. All the rooms have a complete bathroom (bath or shower) and WC, kitchenette, fridge, telephone, safe (surcharge) and balcony or terrace. Air-conditioning and central heating are available in all rooms for an extra charge. **Studios and Apartments with 1 bedroom: Sofa Bed for the 3rd/4th person. “ The hotel itself is very clean and the apartments are spacious.The maid cleaned our room everyday and changed our bed linen.The hotel was only a 20 minute walk from the harbour which is amazing and the beaches there are fabulous!There are many restaurants that cater for all tastes within a close distance,including a japanese restaurant and very good local cypriot restaurants.The hotel swimming pool is very clean and has free sunbeds around the pool with a great bar that caters for everyone.The food and drink is value for money too.This family run buisness is well run and the staff are true professionals and will bend over backwards to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.We would definatley stay again!The square is less than a ten minute walk.My wife and i cannot wait to visit this hotel again.
“ Top Tip: There are local restaurants including the hungry horse,the three lions,and a very good cypriot restaurant opposite a place called nexo.There are many local mini marts that sell many things that you may need.The japanese restaurant gets busy and is well worth experiencing if you dont mind paying a little more!

“ Stayed at the Napa Prince hotel with a friend for a weeks getaway and what can I say it was great! We had a one bedroom apartment and the room was lovely and spacious, had good facilities, and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and always had time to stop and chat. The food and drinks at the pool bar were great and reasonably priced. Although it was the beginning of the season there were still enough pubs, bars and clubs open on the strip to keep us entertained. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the square and strip in a quiet area away from the noise so this was ideal for us. The beaches are about 20-30 mins walk away which was fine as we dont mind walking but alternatively there was the hotel pool which was lovely and had free sunloungers. I would definitely 100% recommend the Napa Prince to anyone looking to stay in Ayia Napa regardless of age as it is in a quiet area if you just want to relax but also central to everything if you want to party it up. We hope to be back soon!!

clean and tidy
not a luxury complex but more than adequate
obviously out of season when we went but I would imagine it would be great in the height of the summer
slightly quieter area of Napa so great for families and older people but only a few minutes walk to the noiser parts if you want that too
