Travel Republic promises you the absolutely lowest prices available - each and every time.
If you book with us and later find your flight, hotel or other booking on sale, and available, at a lower price on a travel website of a competitor based in the same country, we will refund the difference to you.
The person responsible for making the booking (lead name) must make the claim.
We must be able to confirm that the competitor price is based on the same accommodation / occupancy, and for the same dates and board class, as your Travel Republic booking.
The price match must be available to book online and available immediately, not on a request basis.
We cannot accept claims within fourteen days of departure.
The price match cannot be part of a discounted price due to redemption of a voucher or loyalty scheme.
We will only price match with ABTA bonded travel companies.
The price match must be available in the same currency as your Travel Republic booking.
The policy does not apply to group requests (more than 9 people).
Email us at pricematch@travelrepublic.ie within 24 hours of making a booking, putting the words 'Price Match' in the subject line enclosing evidence of the lower price for example a screen shot.
We reserve the right to refuse any claim where we are unable to verify the claim to our satisfaction, in accordance with the above points.

To contact us regarding an existing booking, please visit the Manage Your Booking section of the website where you can raise a Customer Support Request (CSR). This enables you to log your request or query 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We will respond as soon as possible but please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings due to travel imminently.
You can also pay your final balance, print your accommodation/transfer vouchers and view your booking status in the Manage Your Booking section.
