The following charges apply to ALL accommodation bookings (including those booked under the €1 low deposit scheme):
Please note - the cancellation charges are based on the number of days between the date of cancellation and the check-in date.
If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, please either access your booking using the My Booking facility on our website, and advise us or your requirements, or call our Customer Services Team.
Please note these are our costs and do not include any charges applied by the Travel Provider as detailed in their Booking Conditions which will be payable in addition.
